Every figure, with its source

One row per source: the figure the source's own page publishes, the page, and the day it was read. A figure that is not on a page we read is not on this one.

The sentence each figure was read from (12)

111 named sources were read in full on the dates shown and print no usable figure. They are counted, never filled in.

Methodology

Every row is a verbatim sentence read from the named source's own page through our fetch service on the date shown, hash-pinned to the stored read (the sha of the page's visible text; the raw page is mirrored to R2).

12 of the 123 named sources that could be read published a usable figure; 111 published none and are recorded as not published, never filled in; 5 could not be read (blocked, dead or unreachable) and count nowhere.

The headline figures (median, minimum, maximum, quartiles) are over ONE figure per source in GBP (a source's median where its page yielded several accepted sentences), so N counts sources, never sentences; 1147 candidate sentence(s) were refused by a reviewer with the reason recorded.

The fuller derivation this dataset is chartered to grow into (not yet what the figures above are; they are each source's own published figure as read): the median, minimum and maximum PUBLISHED price for each thing a UK limited company has to buy - a formation, a year of accountancy, a year of accounting software, a registered office or service address, company secretarial, a relevant life policy, an SPV mortgage arrangement, a strike-off or an MVL - across every provider that publishes one, cut by what the price INCLUDES rather than by the headline, which is the thing that makes two identical-looking quotes different: the reads here already show monthly accountancy published from £20 (Accounting Wise), £22 (GoForma), £38 (Mazuma), £42.50 (Clever Accounts), £55 (My Accounts Digital), £60 (Sleek), £89 (Caroola) and £125+VAT (Gorilla), and one-off year-end accounts from £199 (AccKent) and £300 (RJ Accountancy), against a market that describes itself as '£60-£350 a month'.

Beside the price index sits the STATUTORY floor under it - Companies House's own fee table, where digital incorporation moved from £50 to £100 and the confirmation statement from £34 to £50 on 1 February 2026 while voluntary strike-off FELL from £33 to £13 - so the derived figure is the total unavoidable annual cost of being a limited company, and the share of it that is the regulator rather than the adviser.

The off-subject LP-software cluster is measured on the same axis and its finding is the opposite one: the category is quote-only, and the count of vendors publishing nothing is the figure

1147 candidate sentences on these pages were refused by a reviewer; each refusal and its reason is recorded in the review ledger.
